These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between c677 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses or uses any part of the c677 platform available at https://c677.org. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

c677 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. To register and use a c677 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while the account remains active:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a c677 employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded or had an account suspended by c677 for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

c677 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active c677 account. Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals. Any activity conducted under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify us of a suspected security breach, at which point c677 will freeze the account and initiate a security review.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Account registration requires verification of your mobile number via a one-time SMS code. Additional KYC documents may be requested before a first withdrawal is processed.
• You must update your account information promptly if any registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate registration data may delay withdrawals or trigger a compliance review.

All funds on the c677 platform are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c677 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may change from time to time. c677 does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals to Bangladeshi mobile wallets; any fees imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account in the same name as the registered account. c677 reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined by our compliance team.

c677 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Deposits that appear to lack genuine gaming intent or that follow suspicious patterns may be frozen pending a compliance investigation. During any such investigation, associated withdrawal requests will also be placed on hold. If an investigation concludes that funds were deposited without genuine gaming intent, those funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable processing costs, and the account will be permanently closed.

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings:

• Opening or operating more than one account to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts or with associated parties to guarantee a risk-free profit from a bonus.
• Exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the stated wagering requirements in full.

In addition to the bonus-related prohibitions above, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c677 platform:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets without direct human input on each wager.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players, dealers, or c677 staff.

c677 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or close accounts, withhold pending withdrawals during any investigation, and report suspected criminal conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh or elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes c677's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. c677 makes no warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will take reasonable steps to maintain availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

c677 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change materially affects existing players' rights or obligations, c677 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notification on the platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operators serving the Bangladesh market.
